ISR Refresher Lessons
Refresher lessons are extremely important in continuing and maintaining your child's ISR Water Self-Rescue® skill development. In accordance with this growth, children enrolled in ISR return periodically to participate in a refresher course.

Level 1 - Maintenance with Moms (Parents)
After completing the ISR training, come get in the water with us to learn how to work with your child to maintain their skills over the summer. This is a group lesson with Parents in the water with their child.
Level 2: Learn-To-Swim
LTS students simply need to be at an age where they can take direction. They don’t need to have any prior swimming experience. Many of our young swimmers are unsure of the water when we begin lessons. LTS is to teach them the basics of strokes and a love of swimming!
Age / Skill Level: 4yrs+, beginners of all ages
Level 3: Stroke Development
For those younger swim team members with a focus on the fundamentals of good stroke technique. Swimmers must be comfortable in the water and must be able to swim ½ of the pool without assistance. We will also practice the details of racing starts and finishes!
Age / Skill level : 7yrs +, intermediate
Level 4: Swim Team Prep
Designed for those swimmers who know all four strokes and are either on a swim team or are interested in trying out for a swim team. Swimmers will build endurance while fine tuning strokes, dives, and flip turns. Students must be able to complete multiple lengths of the pool (in freestyle and backstroke) without assistance.
Age / Skill level: 9+, intermediate to advance
Level 3: Summer Swim-Test Prep
Comfortable going under the water, some swim experience, swim one pool length
Age / Skill Level: 5+ / Levels 2 & 3
